MLK Commission Juneteenth Festival Sponsorship, Vendor, and Parade Participation Form
The Martin Luther King Jr. Commission cordially invites you to be part of our upcoming Juneteenth Festival, scheduled for June 19-20th, 2026. This year’s theme, “Beloved Community,” honors Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s vision of a society based on justice, equal opportunity, and love of one’s fellow human beings. This two-day celebration commemorates the emancipation of enslaved African Americans and highlights the continued journey toward equality and justice in our nation.
Our Juneteenth Festival has become a cornerstone event in our community, attracting thousands of attendees from diverse backgrounds. We offer multiple ways for individuals and organizations to participate:
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Your sponsorship demonstrates your commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion while supporting this important cultural celebration:
Platinum Freedom Sponsor ($12,000+): Premium logo placement on all event materials, Stage banner recognition, VIP seating for 12 at all events, Recognition during opening ceremonies, Social media recognition (Facebook, Instagram, Etc.), Premium vendor space at festival, Logo on festival t-shirts Premium parade position
Gold Liberty Sponsor ($6,500+): Logo placement on event materials, Stage banner recognition, VIP seating for 8 at all events, Social media recognition, Vendor space at festival, Logo on festival t-shirts, Priority parade position

PARADE PARTICIPATION
Join our Juneteenth Freedom Parade on Saturday, June 20th at 11:00 AM. We welcome the following groups below:
Parade Entry Fees: Business/Organization: $200 or Community Group/Non-Profit: $150
All Vehicles $50 /Floats additional $100
Walking Groups: For community organizations, schools, and social clubs, etc.
Vehicles/Floats: For decorated vehicles or themed floats, etc.
Performance Groups: For dance teams, marching bands, and drill teams, etc.
Elected Officials: For current office holders and their representatives
All parade participants must arrive by 10:00 AM for staging and will receive position assignments one week prior to the event.
VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES
Showcase your products, services, or information to our diverse attendees:
Food Truck Fee: ($500- Single Day & $750- Both Days): 10'x10' space for food sales, requires proper health permits
Food Stations/Stalls Fee: ($400- Singe Day & $500- Both Days): 10'x10' space for specialty beverages and desserts, some may require proper health permits
Merchandise Vendor Fee: ($250- Single Day & $300- Both days): 10'x10' space for selling products, crafts, artwork, etc.
Information Booth Fee: ($150- Single Day & $200- Both Days): 10'x10' space for sharing and/or providing free information to the public
Please Note: All vendor spaces include one 8' table and two chairs. Electricity is available upon advanced request. An additional fee of $150 will be required for all space requests larger than 10'x10'. Vendors must provide their own tents/canopies.
Insurance Requirements: All vendors participants must provide proof of insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 general liability coverage naming the Greater Rochester Martin Luther King Jr. Commission as additional insured.
