Rich Hill Candle Player Fundraiser Order Form
We have teamed up with Rich Hill Candles for this year's player fundraiser. Each player has the opportunity to sell Rich Hill products between November 14th and December 5th - just in time for the holidays! There are a number of Muskoka themed scents including Muskoka Sunset, Lake Breeze, Dockside, and of course, Cranberry!

The fundraiser allows players and families to offset hockey fees paid to the association. 40% of the pre-tax sales amount will be returned to the player. Please note that the fundraiser is intended to offset the fees and money back to individual players cannot exceed total registration and representative fees paid to the association for the 2025/2026 season. This is separate from other team fundraisers that help supplement costs.

Please submit this form and transfer total funds raised to finance.smmha@gmail.com on or before December 5th, 2025.
