Women In The Workplace: Application
Dress for Success Greater New York City, through a project funded by ScotiaRISE and Caldwell is offering you a chance to participate in our Signature Program: Women In The Workplace.

This is a small group of women (9-15) who meet once a month for up to 90 minutes for peer-to-peer mentorship, support, and leadership skill-building.

Participants will also have access to subject matter experts and an exclusive LinkedIn group as part of this experience.

Our Women In The Workplace program is a space for any woman or individual who identifies as a woman to learn new skills and build your career portfolio.

Our meetings are offered on Monday from 7:00pm - 8:30pm. Once we receive your application we will let you know which Monday group you will join. You will only be meeting ONCE A MONTH.

We’ll meet for at least 12 months and at each meeting, we’ll dive into a different topic, from transformational leadership to finding sponsors to accelerate your career.

Dress for Success Greater New York City has teamed up with leading experts to guide our discussions. Through our exclusive partnership with Caldwell select participants will be offered the opportunity for career coaching while they participate in the Women In The Workplace experience.

ALL participants must apply for 2026 Women in the Workplace (even if you have participated in 2025 sessions.) Please complete this application if you would like to be considered for this opportunity.
