This is the 9th year we will produce Fest in the West for the residents of West Cary and western Wake County. We partner with the Town of Cary to produce a top-quality event that is safe, busy, and FUN! The festival will supply power for your truck with a hook-up to a whisper generator. This keeps the area less noisy and cooler for a more enjoyable experience for everyone. That is why we request your power needs and plug type in the questions below.
In the past, we have had upwards of 5000 attendees. We plan to have non-alcoholic beverage options plus 6-8 food trucks.
To be considered for our event, please fill out all the required info (marked with the red star). The $15 application fee is due when you submit this application.
The deadline for this application is February 1, 2026.
You will be notified in an email from Lindsey@chestergoodtree.com no later than Feb 14, 2026 whether you have been accepted or waitlisted.
Booth Fee:
Vendors that are accepted will be invoiced the $150 vendor fee through QuickBooks.
