  • Vendor Agreement

  • 1. Vendors will have access to set up at 6am morning of only. Vendors must be set up by 7:45am. Event will begin at 8am

    2. The Jingle Bell Market and orginzers are not responsible lost or stolen items. 

    3. The Jingle Bell Market and organizers are not responsible for accidents. 

    4. Vendors must provide all tables and chairs needed.

    5. Vendor fee is NOT refundable under any circumstances. 

    6. Tear down is at 1pm. Please NO EARLY TEAR DOWNS. Vendors tearing down early will not be invited back. 

    7. Vendors are responsible for reporting/collecting sales tax. 

    8. Tents must be weighted the city will not allow stakes in the ground.
