1. Two (2) nights accommodations in your choice of Atlantic City NJ, Anaheim CA, Asheville NC, Austin TX, Bahamas, Branson MO, Cancun MX, Cape Code Area MA, Destin FL, Daytona Beach FL, Denver CO, Galveston TX, Jamaica, Las Vegas NV, Lake Tahoe Area CA, Los Cabos MX, Miami FL, Myrtle Beach SC, New Orleans LA, Oahu HI, Orlando FL, Palm Springs CA, San Juan PR, Reno NV, San Diego CA, Scottsdale AZ, Smoky Mountains TN, Virginia Beach VA, Williamsburg VA, or Wisconsin Dells WI (Please note Wisconsin Dells is not available June, July or August).
2. Tourist and economy class accommodations will be used. Hotel occupancy taxes are not included.
3. What this certificate does not include: Air or Land transportation, transfers, meals, or any incidental expenses like phone calls, gratuities or entertainment.
4. Hotel/Motel may ask for a credit card or a deposit when check-in to cover incidental charges.
5. Activating Your Certificate: By calling (803) 485-1530. Select your destination. You must activate by the Activation Deadline shown.
6. Deposit Payment: After your vacation activation has been processed you will be able to access your reservation deposit payment form in the My Trips section of ActivateMyTrip.com. Simply print out the refundable reservation deposit payment form and mail to the address provided along with a personal check, cashier’s check or money order for the total amount required to pay the tax deposit. Within five (5) business days of receipt of your reservation deposit payment form and payment, your payment will be posted to your account.
7. Requesting Your Travel Dates: Once your payment has been posted to your account you will be able to request your travel dates. You can request your dates by calling our toll-free reservations department at 800-315-2065. All reservations are subject to availability. When you call to schedule your arrival date, keep in mind that your arrival date needs to be at least 60 days away and before your expiration date. We are happy to schedule your trip on any Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday where we have availability. Generally we do not have availability during major holidays or convention periods. Within five (5) business days of requesting your travel date with our reservations department, your travel date will be confirmed and shown in the my trips section of activatemytrip.com. You will have 12 months to complete travel from the date your payment has posted to your account.
8. Finalizing your vacation: Approximately 30 to 45 days prior to your travel date a travel agent will be contacting you by phone and/or email to finalize your vacation details. Once you finalize your vacation details with your travel representative, your accommodations will be purchased. The tax deposit will only be if you request to cancel prior to CBE purchasing your accommodations. If you choose to purchase any additional upgrades through your travel agent, your tax deposit will be applied to the cost of the upgrade. There will be no refunds of the tax deposit once an upgrade purchase has been made.
9. Final Travel Documents: Approximately 14 days prior to your travel date your Final Travel Documents will be loaded into the My Trips section of ActivateMyTrip.com. Your final travel documents will include your accommodation voucher. Please print out your travel documents and follow the instructions to check-in to your accommodations.
10. So what is the catch? There really is no catch as long as you follow these instructions. We do realize that things can happen in life, but if you are not able to follow these instructions (even if it is not your fault) we are not going to be able to book your accommodations. We are not able to make any reschedules once we have scheduled your arrival date. We cannot make name changes, you can’t buy or sell this certificate, you can’t combine this certificate with any other certificate, discount, special promotion or anything else. Any exceptions or special arrangements will incur additional fees. This travel package is only valid for the items described herein. No other representations, oral, or written will be honored. And that’s it!!! Enjoy your trip.
