Step behind the scenes of Austin’s most exciting race weekends! Please fill out this form to express your interest in joining the Expo staff and helping create an exceptional experience for tens of thousands of athletes, families, and supporters at the Ascension Seton Austin Marathon and Spurs Austin International Half expos each year.
We’re hosting an information session for anyone interested in joining our part-time expo crew and being part of the team that brings Austin’s largest endurance event expos to life. Each year, the Austin Marathon expo welcomes over 50,000 participants, and the Spurs Austin International Half expo draws over 15,000 participants, making these some of the biggest and most exciting gatherings in the running community.

This session is a unique opportunity to gain insights into expo operations, including packet pick-up, merchandise distribution, volunteer coordination, and creating a seamless, high-energy experience for thousands of attendees.

Attendees will have the chance to ask questions, meet experienced staff, and learn what it takes to support the behind-the-scenes magic that makes these expos run smoothly.
