If you or your family need help with food, we’re here for you. Please complete this form so we can provide the support you deserve.
  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • Lee Feeding Lee provides access to two different programs:

The Holiday Pantry and the Community Table

  • HOLIDAY PANTRY
Provides families with seasonal food during the holidays, ensuring everyone can enjoy a warm, nourishing holiday meal. Each recipient will receive a food box with all the fixings for a holiday meal.

  • COMMUNITY TABLE

The Community Table is a partnership between Lee Feeding Lee and four very popular local restaurants: Back Nine, Gone Coastal, Joey’s Pizzeria, and Maggiolino’s.

Recipients in need will receive one meal for up to 4 people in one of these participating restaurants.

  • For those signing up for the Community Table:

Please select the meal/resturant of your choice. You will receive an email confirmation when you complete your submission.

Please bring a printed copy or show the copy of this request on your phone when you go to the resturant. Reservations at the restaurant are not required.

Each resturant will provide the meal listed for the number of people you selected (up for 4 people). The meal will not include drinks or additional items.

Restuarant owners will match your request email to the requests they have on file. Once a certificate has been used, it is voided and has no value. Restaurant owners will validate all certificates.

One certificate per household/phone number. We want to help as many people as we can with this program. Thank you for your understanding.
