Returns after 6:00 PM are subject to a late return / after-hours fee of $25 per hour (minimum $50). For pickups after 6:00 PM, the return time is the same pickup time on the following day. Same-day rentals are charged as one full rental day.

I understand that I must notify the owner of the vehicle IMMEDIATELY in the event that I have an accident.

I understand that there is a kill switch in the vehicle and the owner will turn off if I don't submit payment.

I understand that renters under 25 must pay a one-time, non-refundable underage fee of $150 per reservation. Renters under 21 must pay a $225 underage fee per reservation. This fee applies to each new rental booking.

I understand that I must provide proof of active auto insurance for the entire rental period. If I cannot provide valid insurance, I agree to pay $27 per day for required state-minimum coverage in Pennsylvania.
