I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I agree to release and covenant to hold harmless Triple M Ranch Corgi's and it's members from any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the Pembroke Welsh Corgi.

I accept full responsibility for the dog(s) actions at all times, and release Triple M Ranch Corgi's from any liabilities or damages that may be incurred because of purchasing such dog(s).

I agree to have Triple M Ranch Corgi's complete reference call checks beforenapprovial of any application.

I agree that if I am approved for purchase of a puppy from Triple M Ranch Corgi's I will have the puppy spayed/neutered within 6 months of bringing my puppy home. I am aware that Triple M Ranch Corgi's does NOT sell breeding rights with their puppies and that not spaying/neutering my puppy Triple M Ranch Corgi's can press charges to the full extent of the law.

I understand that upon completion and acceptance of this application I must submit a non refundable deposit of $100.00 to Triple M Ranch Corgi's. This amount will go towards the original purchase price of my puppy once one is available.

I understand that once I pick out my puppy there is a non refundable deposit of $500.00 to Triple M Ranch Corgi's for them to hold my puppy for me until it is ready to come home with me. This deposit will also go towards the original purchase price at time of pick up.

I understand that Triple M Ranch Corgi's is not obligated to hold my puppy longer then 8-9 weeks from birth. If I am unable to pick up my puppy within the agreed upon timeframe, Triple M Ranch Corgi's may sell my puppy to someone else and my deposits will be forfeited.

I agree that if I'm unable to home the  puppy(s) anymore that I will return the dog(s) to Triple M Ranch Corgi's at not cost or fee and try to give Triple M Ranch Corgi's a 2 week period to try and find another suitable foster/owner for the dog(s).
