To cover the 2026 Interschool Championships, commercial photographers, videographers and representatives of legitimate media organisations must apply for accreditation.

Annual EV Accreditation does not give you automatic access to this event.
Terms and Conditions of Accreditation
An application must be completed for each photographer if more than one is employed by your business. If you will be bringing staff, each staff member must provide a valid Working With Children's Check (WWCC) as well as their personal details.
All applicants must be accredited by Equestrian Victoria as part of the annual renewal process that occurs in January every year. EV accreditation does not automatically allow you attendance at individual events, you must submit this EOI.
Approved applicants are expected to abide by the EA code of conduct, and work courteously with each other to ensure all disciplines received good coverage.

Note:
If accepted you are required to supply five (5) quality High-resolution images without any watermarks of horses and riders in competition per day of attendance which may be used by Equestrian Victoria for social media and in publications or promotions. You acknowledge that the images may be used by EV for future promotion of the event. This is a condition of acceptance of your attendance.
Accreditation passes will be collected at the event office onsite and must be worn each day of attendance. You must also wear your EV allocated Hi Vis vest that clearly identifies you with your EV accreditation number and/or your business name.
There is no admission to the event without pre approved accreditation or the event waiver completed. Please check in and collect your passes prior to commencing work. All accepted photographers will be advised with a list of participants who do not consent to having their images taken.
The Organising Committee reserves the right to decline any application which does not meet the accreditation criteria.
