  • How to request a refund

    Please directly contact the store that you purchased the affected product from. For example, if you purchased the affected product from Officeworks, please contact that store by phone, email or visit in-person. The store will assist you with your request for a refund.

    In order to receive a refund, you will need to comply with the store's refund policy including by providing proof of purchase. Proof of purchase may include an invoice, receipt or clear photo of the affected product - there is no need to bring the affected product to the store.

This includes your contact information, where you purchased the product, proof of purchase (or enough details for us to locate your order), and whether you still have the goods or have already disposed of them.
