Program Overview
The CHAT Lab's Mental Health Skill-Building Program is an evidence-based, six module curriculum designed to foster emotional intelligence, empathy, and resilience in children.
Each module combines hands-on learning, discussion, and practice to help children better navigate their inner world.
The sponsored program runs for 6 weeks with 1.5 hour sessions (plus setup and clean up time).
The CHAT Lab provides: all materials, staff, enrollment fee for up to 18 students
Participating organizations provide: A safe and accessible classroom-style space large enough for up to 18 students and 2 staff.
A staff liaison to help coordinate logistics and communication
