Thank you for trusting Entrusted to Him with your custom design. We create each piece with care — please read the details below.

All custom orders are final.
Because each design is made uniquely for you, custom products cannot be canceled or refunded once submitted.

Right to decline inappropriate requests.
We welcome uplifting, motivational, and personalized requests. Entrusted to Him reserves the right to decline any design that contains profanity, insulting language, suggestive content, or messaging that conflicts with our mission and values.

Discounts do not apply.
Custom designs are excluded from promotions, coupon codes, and other discounts.

Holiday submission deadline.
To guarantee delivery before Christmas, custom requests must be submitted by December 10, 2025. Orders submitted after that date may still be processed, but delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed.

Private order link and expiration.
Within 2–3 business days of submitting your request, you will receive a private link with your design details and a purchasing option. This link is personal to you (you may share it if you choose) and will remain active until December 25, 2025. After that date the link will expire and the custom design will no longer be available for purchase.

Customer review before purchase.
Please review your custom design, color, and size carefully before completing the purchase. If you notice an issue, contact us and we will gladly make adjustments. We ask that you select your preferred color and size with care — if you need guidance, we’re here to help.

Replacements for defects.
If your custom product arrives damaged or defective, Entrusted to Him will provide a replacement. Your satisfaction is important to us.
