Kindly fill out the form carefully with all the requirements for admission.
HOW TO ENROLL

1. Record and compile the following into one video and submit it here before the admissions deadline (July 11):
- 1 minute - Dance video
- 1 minute - Singing or Rap video (Acapella)
- 1 minute - Why would you like to join the program?
2. Come to Ace Dance Studio for an interview with the Director (1-on-1)
(The academy will coordinate with you for your scheduled appointment)

3. Secure your enrollment and payment on or before the deadline to officially join the program.

These videos will serve as your level test so that the Director can have an understanding of the trainee's skill set. After filling out this form and submitting the requirements, kindly wait for an email from the academy for your interview and enrollment details.
