Registration Form for Fundraising Event

Balmoral Golf Course, Battle Lake, MN | August 10th, 2026 | 8:30 am
Thank you for supporting our Veterans! Join us for the upcoming Veterans Honor Flight of ND/MN Golf Tournament, where we celebrate service and community.

Tournament Details

Format: 4-person scramble
Tee Assignments: Men play from white tees; women from red tees.
Rules: Local rules apply. All tournament guidelines will be reviewed during event announcements.

Registration Deadline: July 31st, or until all spots are filled.
Capacity: 120 golfers, first-come, first-served based on full payment.

Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email once payment is received. Registered golfers will get event details about one week before the tournament.
Honoring Veterans

Recognition: Veterans participating will receive a complimentary T-shirt to wear on event day. Please indicate your T-shirt size when registering.

Quilts of Valor: If you are a veteran and have not received a Quilt of Valor, visit https://www.qovf.org/nominations-awards/ to complete the nomination form. Eligible veterans may be honored with a quilt during the tournament.

- Cash: Pay in person at the clubhouse. Envelopes and forms are required.
- Credit Card: Call 218-864-5414 to provide your credit card information.
You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of payment.
