Registration deadline at the “Early Bird” rate (CAD 7,500 or US$ 5,500): January 16, 2026.

Registration deadline at the regular rate (CAD 9,000 or US $6,500): February 15, 2026. No registrations will be accepted after this date.

Payment of registration fees, add-ons and À la carte fees must be received in full within 30 days of your registration date, failing which your registration will be cancelled.

No cancellations or refunds are possible after February 15, 2026.

Solotech shall not be liable for any damages or injury you may suffer as a result of your participation to Elevation 2026. By paying the registration fee and participating to Elevation 2026, you assume all risks related to your participation in Elevation 2026, whether arising before, during or after the event. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for the duration of the event.
