Ticket Gates (Duties include scanning tickets, putting armbands on guests, answering questions, etc.)
Shuttles to/from Parking Areas (Small shuttles will operate outside of the gates to assist guests from the parking areas to the ticket gates.)
Parking (These volunteers will be in the parking areas parking cars and directing traffic to the appropriate parking area.)
Exhibitor/Vendor Area (Duties include checking on exhibitors and vendors to see if anything is needed, reporting issues to Airfest team, monitoring trash cans.)
First-Class (VIP) Area (The volunteers stationed here will need to monitor who is accessing the VIP section, refill drinks and food where applicable, and monitoring trash cans.)
Pryor Field Merch Table (Duties include selling Pryor Field Merch)
Helicopters (Duties include assisting the helicopter team with their needs signing people in and general crowd control.)
Information Tent (These volunteers will be available to pass out maps/programs and assist with general questions from the public.)
Water Station (Duties include distributing water from a stationary drink trailer.)
Wherever Needed (Select this option if you are open to serving in any capacity.)
