    Fill the form below to be considered for participation in the Spring Craft & Bake Sale. Forms that are not completely filled in will not be accepted.

    • I understand this is a safe space event in which folks can feel confident they will not be exposed to discrimination, criticism, harassment, or any other emotional or physical harm.
    • I understand that I must provide all display items for my booth (ex: table lighting, displays, etc.) without causing any damage to venue property. You are encouraged to be creative with your displays.
    • I understand that I must keep all items and myself within the boundaries of my booth and respect the space of other vendors.
    • I understand that event day changes are sometimes necessary.
    • I understand that I will be required to park my vehicle on the street or as far away from the main entrance as possible in order to leave priority parking available to customers.
    • I understand that I am responsible for being able to bring my inventory in and out of the venue on my own and that assistance from Centre & Church staff or volunteers may not be available for you.
    • I understand that if there is no Wifi available for this venue, I will have to use data or hotspot to complete transactions.
    • St. James Assiniboia 55+ Centre and Westwood Community Church will not be held liable for lost, stolen or broken items, parking tickets or vehicle damages.
    • If you are selected, we reserve the right to use photos from your social media account to advertise on your behalf.
    • Food/Beverage vendors are responsible for obtaining their own food hadling permits and preparing the product in an approved facility or home and must abide by Manitoba food handling laws.
    • I understand my vendor fee must be paid in full by the deadline received when I have been selected in order to participate.
    • I understand if the SJA55+ Centre cancels the event for ANY reason, I will receive a full refund.
    • I understand that vendors who cancel with 30 days written notice will receive a 75% refund. Less than 30 days notice will not receive a refund.
    • I understand that I will actively participate in the collective promotion of the event via social media.
    • If selected as a vendor, I agree to post the St, James Assiniboia 55+ Centre promotional materials a minimum of 5 times leading up to the event.
