Signal Hill Homes Association 2025 Annual Meeting Directed Proxy

Dear Owners,
We want to remind everyone of the upcoming 2025 Annual Meeting! The meeting will occur on Thursday, December 11, at 7:30 PM at the North Kings Park Library Superintendent’s Conference Room. Please arrive early to help ensure a smooth check-in process.

This year, three positions on the Board are up for election. Chris Wiggins and Anthony Morra have announced their intent to run again, and we thank them for all their time and energy over their recent terms! There will still be an unopposed vacancy available up until the night of the annual meeting, please consider yourself!

We have included a directed proxy/ballot. Even if you plan to attend the meeting in person, having a proxy in place secures representation if your plans change and you can no longer attend. The directed proxy/ballot is akin to early voting and helps ensure that the Association will meet the quota for a quorum.

Additionally, the Board will vote upon the draft 2026 budget included in the prior mailing. The budget includes an increase of $8 to the Annual Assessment for a total of $168.00.

For the directed proxy, you can appoint any other Metropolis homeowner to be your proxy. If you select Metropolis, please note that unless guided, we cannot vote on any matter aside from the candidates you have already selected.
