This annual free flu-shot drive is organized by Dr Vishalakshmi Batchu, M.D. and funded by a grant from the Texas Medical Association Foundation as part of "Vaccines defend what matters" initiative to protect uninsured adults and those whose plans do not cover flu vaccines. We are administering FLUCELVAX® Trivalent (2025–2026 formula), a cell-based, egg-free inactivated influenza vaccine made by CSL Seqirus and purchased directly from the manufacturer for this program.
