The Natural Stone Institute (NSI) uses photographs, videos clips, quotes, testimonials, and similar media to promote natural stone and highlight the work of our members. This content may appear in NSI publications, websites, social media, educational programs, and marketing materials.

By signing this form, you grant NSI permission to use the content you provide or appear as described below and your further acknowledge, represent and agree that you are the sole creator of the photographs, video clips, quotes, testimonials and similar media which you are providing to the NSI and no other third-party consents or authorizations are required.

Scope of Permission

I hereby grant the Natural Stone Institute the non-exclusive, worldwide right and permission to:
- Use and publicly display the content described above in NSI-produced marketing collateral and communications.
- Modify or adapt these materials as needed. Any limitations to modifications should be defined in open-ended field below.
- Include appropriate acknowledgements for visual or creative contributions if deemed appropriate. Note that credit lines are not guaranteed and content may be used without inclusion of such.
Usage Exclusions or Limitations (if any)
Please list any limitations on how, where or when the materials may be used.
If no exclusions are listed, permission is considered unrestricted within the scope defined above and remains valid unless and until revoked in writing. Revocation will not affect materials already created, published, or distributed prior to receipt of notice.

I waive any right to inspect or approve final materials in which my likeness, voice, or submissions appear.I release and hold harmless the Natural Stone Institute, its officers, staff, and agents from any claims arising from the use of these materials.I warrant that the materials I am submitting are original, do not infringe on copyrights or licensing agreements, and that I have the authority to grant this permission.[optional] I grant permission to Natural Stone Institute to distribute the content I have submitted—whether written, photographic, video, or testimonial—with appropriate attribution in press releases and external communications distributed to media outlets and third-party channels outside of NSI’s owned platforms.
