Vendor Agreement
By signing this agreement for Lebfest the undersigned Vendor (herein referred to as Vendor ) agrees to be bound by each and every of the terms set forth herein and the terms and representations set forth in the Lebfest Application, which is incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth.
Space: The Upper Valley Business Alliance (UVBA) agrees to provide each Vendor of the Festival with assigned space(s). UVBA reserves the right to place Vendors in booth locations at the discretion of UVBA.
Refund Policy: A 50% refund will be given in response to a written request received by UVBA by August 1, 2026, if the space can be filled from an approved waiting list. No refunds will be given for any request received by UVBA after September 1, 2026.
Trash: Vendors agree to remove all trash after the show or be subject to a $35 cleanup fee.
Electricity is limited and available on a first come basis. All electrical appliances must be approved by UVBA prior to event. Use of gas generators is not allowed unless preapproved.
Parking: Vendors are asked to park vehicles in a designated parking area behind City Hall. UVBA is not responsible for tickets or fines to Vendors due to illegal parking of vendor vehicles.
Illegal Contraband: Vendors shall not display, offer for view or sale any illegal or contraband items. The laws of the State of New Hampshire and local ordinances of the City of Lebanon shall control. Vendors shall not display, offer for view or sale any items that are unlicensed and/or copies/interpretations of licensed or registered items at any site or operation of the Festival.
Attendance: UVBA makes no representation or guarantees towards actual attendance.
Weather: Rain date is Sunday, September 20. If the festival is delayed due to weather, you will be emailed or texted by 12 PM on Friday. Vendors understand that UVBA has no control over weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, or governmental intervention, or any other cause that may prevent, and or interrupt, the festival, and Vendors shall hold UVBA harmless for any losses that could arise because of such event.
Liability: The Vendor agree(s) to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UVBA and the City of Lebanon from any claim, demand, suit, loss, cost or expense, or any damage which may be asserted, claimed or recovered against or from UVBA and the City of Lebanon by reason of any damages to property, personal injury or bodily injury, including death, sustained by any person whomsoever and which damage, injury or death arises out of or is incident to or in any way connected with the 2025 Lebfest and regardless of which claim, demand, damage, loss, cost or expense is caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the City of Lebanon or by third parties, or by the agents, servants, employees or factors of any of them.
This agreement has been read, understood and entered into freely, voluntarily and absent of duress by the parties signed below.
Acting in its sole discretion, UVBA reserves the right to reject any application for any reason.
