Required Documents:
The following documents must be submitted with your completed Application:
- Federal Income Tax Returns for the two most recent years, including all schedules (2023 and 2024).
- Business Tax Returns for the two most recent years, including all schedules (2023 and 2024), if applicable.
- Parsonage Status Verification and a W-2, if applicable.
If you have already submitted your two most recent tax returns to SINAI, you do not need to resubmit them; however, a new application must still be completed. You must submit your 2025 Tax Returns to SINAI once they are filed.
Important Notes:
This application does not apply to transportation, meals, parent council, activity fees, or similar expenses. Applications will not be reviewed if your 2025–2026 tuition is in arrears. Divorced or separated parents must each complete an application. You must notify S. Zell Young, Tuition Manager, in writing within 30 days if your financial situation significantly improves. If your financial situation worsens, you may request a reevaluation.
THIS APPLICATION WILL BE KEPT STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. IN TURN, ANY FINANCIAL DETERMINATION MUST BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL BY YOU, THE PARENTS.
