  • Foothills Tint Pros – Terms & Conditions
    1. Mobile-Only Service
    Foothills Tint Pros is a mobile service. All work is performed at your home or business location—there is no shop for drop-off appointments.
    2. Pricing & Deposit
    A flat rate of $200 per vehicle applies for all standard passenger vehicles within Hickory city limits or up to 50 miles from Hickory, NC.
    A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
    Your deposit is applied to your total bill.
    The remaining balance is due upon completion of service (cash, credit/debit, or PayPal accepted).
    3. Cancellations & No-Shows
    To avoid forfeiting your deposit, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
    Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or customer no-shows will result in loss of the deposit.
    4. Vehicle Eligibility & Exclusions
    We do not service exotics, RVs, or vehicles with existing aftermarket window film.
    If your vehicle arrives with aftermarket tint or is an excluded vehicle type, your deposit will be forfeited.
    5. Vehicle Preparation & Photos
    Please have your vehicle clean and free of personal items before your appointment.
    We require clear photos of your vehicle prior to appointment to confirm eligibility and ensure proper scheduling.
    You may upload photos with this form or send them via text/email as directed.
    6. Service Location Requirements
    Mobile service requires a safe, legal workspace with enough room and shelter for installation.
    Additional travel fees may apply for locations more than 50 miles from Hickory, NC.
    7. Warranty
    All installations come with a lifetime warranty covering bubbling, peeling, and fading due to film or installation defects.
    Warranty does not cover damage due to improper care, vandalism, accidents, or impacts.
    8. Post-Installation Care
    Do not roll down your windows for at least 3 days after installation to allow the film to cure properly.
    Avoid cleaning the inside of windows for 7 days after installation.
    Only use ammonia-free cleaners on tinted windows.
    9. Payment & Promotional Offers
    All promotional offers or discounts must be mentioned at the time of booking.
    Payment for the remaining balance is due at the time of service.
    10. Liability
    Foothills Tint Pros is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
    We are not liable for pre-existing window defects, malfunctioning window regulators, or electrical issues.
    11. Agreement
    By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and authorize Foothills Tint Pros to perform window tinting services on your vehicle.
