All permanent makeup students are required to pay a $1,000 non-refundable deposit to secure their seat and receive their student kit. By submitting the deposit, students agree to pay the remaining balance of the class in full no later than two weeks prior to the class start date.

Students must inform Jamie or Kayla no later than three weeks before class if they plan to provide their own model.

All students are responsible for completing Bloodborne Pathogens and CPR certifications and providing Hepatitis B vaccination records prior to training.

No refunds, cancellations, or transfers are permitted for any reason.
