    Participants wishing to attend the workshop activities must pay the registration fee according to the Registration Fees Instructions available on our website.

    Our partner institution, Fundação Instituto de Pesquisa Econômica (FIPE), will be responsible for collecting and processing payments, including the issuance of invoices. To assist in payment identification, we kindly ask participants to complete the new "Payment Information" tab.

    Once submitted, you will receive a payment link via email from Cielo, a Brazilian financial services company, which will notify you as soon as the payment is processed.

    Important: Payment information cannot be altered once submitted. Please fill out the form carefully.

  • General Instructions:

    Researchers, early-career researchers, and graduate students are invited to submit their papers for regular sessions and/or research projects, according to the instructions below.

    The submissions deadline is March 15, 2026, and they may only be submitted after registering for the conference. Acceptable files formats are PDF, PS and Word. Selected submissions will be announced by April 15, 2026.

    Graduate students or early-career researchers may submit both a research project and a paper for a regular session. If both are accepted, the submission for the regular session will be withdrawn.

  • Instructions for paper submission:

    For the regular sessions, each author may submit only one paper, and each paper may be submitted by only one author.

    Researchers interested in submitting a paper for presentation in a regular session must send an extended abstract (up to three pages) or the full paper, written in English through our platform, after completing their event registration. The title, author, coauthors, and a short abstract (up to 200 words) will also be required.

    Due to time and space constraints, some selected papers may be invited for poster presentations with the consent of the author. Instructions regarding the time and format of these presentations will be sent after acceptance.

  • Instructions for the submission of research projects:

    The workshop has resources available to provide financial support for the participation of a limited number of graduate students and early-career researchers who obtained their PhD degrees within the past three years, provided they reside outside the city of São Paulo. To be considered, applicants must attend the event, participate in at least four of the six minicourses offered, and present their research project in a poster session.

    After registering for the event, applicants must submit the following documents via our platform:

    - A cover letter: The applicant must include a cover letter introducing themselves, explaining how the workshop activities will contribute to their academic development, and committing to attend four of the six minicourses listed below as well as to present their research project in a poster session.

    - A Research Project Description: A one-page description of the research project currently being developed by the applicant, clearly indicating the topic(s) of game theory to which it relates. This document must be signed by both the applicant and the author of the recommendation letter.



    - If the applicant is a graduate student: a reference letter from their advisor and an academic transcript.

    - If the applicant holds a PhD obtained no more than three years ago: a reference letter from a senior researcher of recognized international scientific standing, and a curriculum vitae.

    All selected applicants will be invited to present and discuss their research projects in a poster session. Detailed instructions regarding the time and format of these presentations will be provided after acceptance.
