USRowing Level 3 Coaching Certification Application - Winter 2026 Logo
  • USRowing Level 3 Coaching Certification Application - Winter 2026

  • Thank you for your interest in USRowing's Level 3 Course.

Level 3 is meant for coaches who are looking to make a significant impact both in their local communities as well as the development of our sport at the national/international level.

Candidates should strongly consider how this certification will aid them in creating change and growth in our sport. This will be a key factor when evaluating candidates for admission.

In comparison to the Pre-2018 course, the current Level 3 course is extensive and requires a great deal of commitment from the participant. Past graduates report spending 75-100 hours total on the coursework over the span of several months.

Please submit your application no later than end of day Sunday December 7, 2025 @ 11:59PM.

The Coaching Development Committee will make its decision and candidates will be notified by December 19, 2025. Accepted candidates will attend bi-weekly meetings running from January 7, 2025 - June 28, 2025. All sessions are required for participation in the course and these sessions will occur on Wednesdays from 12:00-2:00 PM ET.
