Deposits:A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment or private party date. The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment before we set up.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 3 days in advance if you need to reschedule. Deposits can be transferred once to a new date if proper notice is given. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.

Travel Fees: For mobile or private party bookings: [Based on Distance from Our Lynbrook Store]
- Nassau County: $25 flat fee
- Suffolk County (within 40 min): $35 flat fee
- Suffolk County (over 40 min): $45-60 flat fee
- Brooklyn / Queens: $50 flat fee
- Manhattan: $60-75 flat fee
- Staten Island / NJ borders: $75+
For any locations outside these areas, travel fees can be discussed and confirmed prior to booking. Fees include gas, tolls, and travel time, and are non-refundable once travel has begun.

Minimums for Private Parties: A minimum of 5 guests or a $350 booking minimum is required for private events. Each additional guest can be added individually.

Late Policy: Please arrive on time. A 20-minute grace period is allowed; after that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited.

Repairs / Adjustments: If your jewelry breaks at the weld within 30 days, we’ll repair it free of charge. After 30 days, a small re-weld fee applies.

Lost chains are not replaceable.

All Sales Are Final:

Due to the custom nature of permanent jewelry, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Important:

Jewelry Quality & Skin Sensitivity:

All of our jewelry is non-allergenic and made with high-quality, tarnish-resistant materials such as gold-filled or sterling silver. However, everyone’s body chemistry is different, skin acidity can affect how your jewelry reacts or wears over time.

Jewelry Removal:

Although called “permanent,” your jewelry can be safely removed with a pair of nail clippers if needed.
