  • THIS AUDITION FORM IS FOR AN UNPAID COMMUNITY THEATRE PRODUCTION IN CENTRAL INDIANA, USA

  • Civic Theatre depends on the generous support of foundations and government agencies that require demographic information about our patrons and volunteers. The following two questions are optional and help greatly with securing funding from these organizations.

  • Please note: We are pleased to make a virtual audition option available. However, preference will be extended to those that attend the in-person audition. While we understand that not everyone can attend, in-person auditions will almost always be considered for casting over virtual submissions.

  • You have chosen {pleaseSelect59} as your audition date. After you submit your audition form, a member of the Civic Team will reach out to you with your assigned TIME SLOT 24 hours before your selected date or with further instructions for virtual submission.
