  • RESERVED TABLES for Saturday Night Dinner and Auction:

    Please check with your chapter for availability!

     

    EVERYONE who buys a dinner ticket for Saturday night will have a seat for dinner.  You will also be automatically assigned a bidder number which will be in your reservation packet.  This card will be used for the Silent and live auction.  And is the only way you will be eligible for end of the auction drawing of an amazing item.

     

    We will have Rendezvous Logo wear for pre-order.  The form to order will be on the website!

     

     

     

  • Early Bird rates will expire on April 1st. 

    After April 1st, dinner will be $50, electric camping $45 and dry camping $35.

    CAMPING On-site camping at KVEC is available. There are separate designated areas for electrical hook-ups or dry camping (no electrical). Even if not using electricity but parked in hook-up spots, we will have to charge the hook-up fee. Camp spots will be by the Armory, Teanaway, Umptanum, Manastash, Executive Director's and outside the gates by the Western Village.  You may need to unhitch and park beside your trailer.  If you want to camp by someone, you must arrive together and your rigs must be of similar lengths.


    All campers may use the showers.  No reserved camping spots. Groups wanting to camp together need to arrive together.
