TES Fest 2026 Presenter Application

As we gear up for TES Fest 2026, we're on the lookout for passionate individuals to share their knowledge and skills with our incredible community. If you have a workshop, presentation, or panel idea that you believe would enhance the TES Fest experience, we want to hear from you!

📆 Presenter Application Timeline:

Application Opens: 2/1/2026
Application Closes: 3/15/2026

Applications are reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis. Early submission is strongly encouraged, as waiting until the deadline may limit your opportunities.

Want to boost your chances of presenting? Submit at least three classes!

While submitting three proposals doesn’t guarantee all will be selected, applicants with three accepted classes will receive priority consideration. We encourage you to showcase the full range of your expertise—submit at least three workshops for the best chance to be featured on this year’s schedule.

💼 Compensation Packages:

Admission: Free for the presenter plus 1 guest or co-presenter
Lodging: Up to a $645 credit toward a room (single king or double full) based on the number of classes presented. The parking lot would be fully covered. Any upgrades are at the presenter's expense.

1 class = Free registration only.
2 classes = free registration, plus 50% room discount
3+ classes = Free registration and full room comp.

Additionally, we have allocated a budget for the following:

$25/class to cover class supplies, with the understanding that presenters will be responsible for bringing their own supplies or arranging to have them delivered to a TES-approved address.

🏨 Accommodations:

For your convenience, we've reserved a special sleep block for selected presenters. Rest easy; we've got your stay covered!

🌟 Important Information for Presenters

All class blocks are 90 minutes.

No Dual Roles: Presenters cannot also be vendors simultaneously.
Role Selection: If selected for multiple roles (volunteer, presenter, vendor), you have the flexibility to choose the role that best aligns with your preferences.

If you are not selected as a presenter, you are still eligible to register at the price tier that was available at the time you applied.

🎟️ Refund Policy:

If presenters purchased tickets or hotel rooms during the pre-sale and are later selected to present, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, even for non-refundable purchases.
