    1. Payment of Program fees
      1. All program fees are payable to the Freedom House of Western Washington. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that their program fees are paid on time.
      2. Program fees are due on the first of each month. Members will be charged a late fee of $5.00 a day for any fees made after the 5th of the month.
      3. Unless arrangements have been made with accounting for an extension, you must vacate the premises if your program fee has not been paid by the 15th of the month. You will have until 6 pm to vacate the premises. See "Expulsion" at the end of the agreement.
    2. Drugs and Alcohol
      1. You will be subject to random drug tests throughout your stay. These tests can be perfectly random or due to suspicion of use. Any misuse of drugs, whether legal by the state or not, may result in the removal of the program. All cases of drug and or alcohol use will be reviewed by management. If it has been decided that you may stay in the program, you will be required to complete 40 hours of community service for the ministry, adhere to a 10 pm curfew, and undergo a 5-day house arrest. These hours must be completed within 60 days                                                            
  • A.  CURFEW
               There is a midnight curfew in this program. There may be times when you may wish to stay out past curfew. If you are on DOC, you will need to get preapproval from your DOC officer. If you are not on DOC, you must get preapproval from management 24 hours in advance

    B.  ROOMS
           1. You will occupy your own room.

           2. Do not enter another member’s room without their permission.

           3. All rooms become available by seniority.

           4. NO PORNOGRAPHY ALLOWED. Not in your room or the house.

           5. Your room is to be kept reasonably clean.

           6. You may not paint your room without permission from Pastor Mack

           7. No pets of any type are allowed.

           8. Rooms will be inspected without notification.

           9. Because of fire hazard/system overload concerns, the Pastor or agent must pre-approve any electrical sound systems or other appliances before they are used in a member’s room.

           10.No open flames; candles, incense, etc.

     

    D.  CHORES
           1. You will be assigned a daily or weekly cleaning chore.

           2. Failure to do your chore or to sign off your chore on the chore list will result in fines and/or other penalties.

    E.   Laundry

           1.  Laundry hours are from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm

    F.   Quit Hours

           1.  Quit hours are from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am daily

           2.  All loud devices: TVs, Stereos, phones, etc, will have headphones connected to them

    G.   T.V./Living Room

           1.  There are no time restrictions on TV time use

           2.  The TV will be in the dayroom and is on a first-come basis.

    H. Relationships

                Sexual relationships are prohibited while living in the Christian-Based Freedom House of Western Washington. The only exception is if you are a legally married man and woman 

     

  • I.   Dispute Resolution

          1.  Upper Management will settle all disputes if lower management and members cannot work things out among themselves peacefully 

    J.   Food

          1.   A storage shelf, shared refrigerator, and freezer space will be provided

          2.   Eating or taking someone else's food without permission is theft and will not be tolerated. 

    K.   Kitchen Use

          1.   Kitchen and stove use are on  a first-come, first-served basis

          2.   You are expected to clean up and wash your own dishes after you're done

          3.   The house will supply all the needed utensils and dishes

    L.    Telephone

           1.  Phone use is limited to only 20 minutes

           2.  Ask the house manager if the long distance is allowed

           3.  Please be courteous. If you answer the phone, take a message.  

     

  •      1.  Mandatory Church Services: Sunday 8:30 am - Wednesday 6:00 pm. You must attend

         2.  If you need to miss a service for any reason, you must contact upper management at least 1 hour before the program meeting begins to get permission to have off, or you will be fined.

         3.  You must stand during all praise and worship 

         4.  You must be on time for all meetings. You may be written up. After 5 write-ups, you may lose your house for non-compliance.

    N.  Cleanliness

         1.   Your mother does not live here, so you must clean up any mess you make

         2.   Do not make a mess and expect the person with that chore to clean up after you. You will be doing his chore and yours.

         3.   This also goes for personal hygiene (shower at least every 2 days), toilets, and showers.

    O.  House Supplies

         1.   The house supplies the following:

                    Comet, light bulbs, dish soap, sponges, and trash bags

    P.   Visitors

         1.   No female visitors are allowed except to attend church services and/or bible study. They arrive just before services start and must leave shortly after services have ended.

         2.   Visitors are subject to all house rules, and they are your responsibility. (What they do, you do, and you will pay for them)

         3.   NO MINERS ALLOWED

         4.   Do not leave your visitor unattended

         5.   Do not let your visitor to room the house unattended

         6.   NO sleepovers.

    Q. Vehicles

         1.   Only 1 auto per member is allowed

         2.   Vehicle must be registered and licensed to the member, or the vehicle will not be able to park on any Freedom House of Western Washington property, or may be towed at the owner's expense.

    R. Smoking

         1.   Smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and or chewing tobacco and using spit bottles in any of the Freedom House of Western Washington's houses is strictly prohibited inside any of the houses.

         2.   Smoking or using any of the above-mentioned items is to be used outside of all of the houses.

    S. Expulsion

         1.   If you have been released from programming from the Freedom House of Western Washington, you will have 15 minutes to pack what you need and vacate the premises. You must surrender any room key you may have. 

         2.   You will have up to 30 days to return to gather the rest of your belongings, or they will become the property of the Freedom House of Western Washington. The house manager will pack the rest of your items left in your room and distribute what is left in your refriderator to the rest of the house.

  • T. Christian Home

        1.   You live in a "Christian" Clean and Sober home. Behavior is expected to conform to Christian attitudes and principles.

        2.   Only Christian literature is allowed in the house. You will not be allowed to bring literature or artifacts from non-Christian organizations such as the Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormons, Native Americans, Muslims, Wiccans, etc.

        3.   If you show a bad attitude in the home or during our program services or complain about having to attend church services, you may be asked to vacate our home for non-programming.
