Small Business Owner Waiver Agreement
This Waiver and Release of Liability ("Agreement") is made between GP2 and the undersigned business owner Completing this form.
1. Acknowledgment of Independent Contractor Relationship
The Business acknowledges that gig workers hired through GP2 platform are independent contractors, not employees or agents of GP2. Undersigned Business Owner is solely responsible for managing and compensating the workers they hire.
2. Assumption of Responsibility & Liability
of Undersigned Business:
GP2 is not responsible for any actions, misconduct, damages, or theft committed by gig workers hired through the platform.
Any losses, damages, or disputes arising from the gig worker’s actions are the sole responsibility of Undersigned Business.
3. Insurance & Compliance
Undersigned Business affirms that it holds appropriate insurance coverage to cover any workplace injuries or liabilities arising from the gig worker’s engagement. Undersigned Business agrees that all legal and financial responsibilities regarding workplace conditions, safety, and conduct rest with them.
4. Indemnification
Undersigned Business agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the GP2 from any claims, lawsuits, or damages arising from the hiring and actions of gig workers.
5. Agreement & Signature
By signing below, Undersigned Business acknowledges that they have read and understood this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.
