The undersigned members hereby call for a special meeting to vote for the adoption of the following amendments to the Hilshire Lakes Community Association, Inc Parking Packet  1.  Subsequent warnings or fines for the same vehicle must not be issued in a time span of less than 24 hours between warnings. A non-consensual tow may only be issued after the 4th warning. 2. Towing is only reserved for emergency situations and must be issued with the unanimous approval of all five board members.  3. Towing must not be issued for any vehicle parked in a designated guest area if the owner of the vehicle is an Owner, tenant, visitor, guest, invitee or other Related Party.
