About the Performance Options

1. In the Chapel

Purpose: Create a gentle, reflective atmosphere for visitors.
Available equipment: Piano and a couple of basic microphones.
Musicians can bring: Any additional instruments, leads, or sound equipment required. Please let us know of what else you are bringing.
Style: Carols, hymns, and softer Christmas songs.
Volume: Gentle and reverent to suit the sacred space. People may sing along.

2. On the Green (outdoors)

Purpose: Create a lively and joyful atmosphere outdoors.
Available Equipment: No in-house sound system.
Musicians must bring: Own microphones, speakers, or amps (power access can be arranged). Option to perform acapella if preferred. Please let us know of what else you are bringing.
Style: Upbeat, joyful, and engaging Christmas music - gentle options also welcome (sing-alongs welcome).
Where would you prefer to sing/play music?*

Outside on the Green (acoustic no electricity available)Inside in the Chapel (a couple of mics and a piano available)Don't mind, both spaces are fine.

We ask that each group provides music for at least one hour any time in the below slots (you’re welcome to play longer if you wish).

Chapel performances: 5:00pm – 8:00pm (piano and limited microphones available)

Green performances: 5:00pm – 9:30pm (no sound system provided; gates close at 10:00pm)
