    This pack sets out all essential requirements and procedures for drivers working from the Caringbah CFC.

  • Pre Shift Requirements

    1. Site Induction Form

    All drivers must complete the Caringbah Site Induction before starting their first training shift.

    2. Correct Entrance Into Depot

    You must enter through the front main entrance only.
    Once your induction is processed, the store will issue you with an access card.
    Entering from the street directly into the dock is a security breach and may lead to disciplinary action.

    3. EV Unplugging Procedure

    If your allocated EV truck is still on charge, follow this sequence exactly:

    1. Turn the isolator off.
    2. Count two seconds.
    3. Turn the isolator back on.
    4. Move immediately to the opposite side of the truck.
    5. Remove the plug from the truck side first within 5 seconds.
    6. Then remove the plug from the charging unit side.

    If you take longer than 5 seconds to remove the plug from the truck side, the truck will start charging again and you will need to repeat the entire process from step 1.


    Post Shift Requirements

    1. Unloading Bays

    Unload your totes and equipment in bays 14, 15 or 16 only.

    2. Ice Brick Return Point

    Return all ice brick totes to the ice brick return area located directly in front of bay 15. Max 25 bricks per tote.

    3. Chilled Tote Return Point

    Return chilled totes on any red pallet against the wall.

    4. Ambient Tote Return Point

    Place ambient totes next to the tote cleaning machine near the lunch room.

    5. Returns and Damages

    Scan the QR code on the wall labelled "Scan Me".

    Submit the form for:

    • Product returns
    • Damaged items

    After completing the form:

    • Dispose of damaged items in the bins provided
    • Leave returns in the totes next to the office

    EV Charging and Parking

    EV Charging Procedure

    After unloading, park the EV trucks in the correct order and orientation:

    1. Park the truck closest to the garden first
    2. Always park with front of truck facing the dock
    3. Ensure the truck is aligned properly to avoid charging cable strain

    Exit Procedure

    All drivers must:

    1. Sign out of the depot using their issued access card
    2. Exit strictly through the main entrance, the same way you entered

    This maintains required depot security standards.
