Consequences 3 Strike Warning System
It is at the discretion of staff at Young Carers Bedford Borough to implement this agreement if we deem the behaviour(s) to be unacceptable and the strike warning system to be enforced.
- Strike 1. The young person will receive a verbal warning in relation to their behaviour(s) with an explanation as to why this behaviour is not acceptable/safe and what needs to change.
- Strike 2. The young person will be taken to one side, and a detailed discussion will take place to further discuss behaviour(s) and an incident log completed and what needs to change.
- Strike 3. If behaviour(s) persists the parents/guardians of the young person will be called and asked to collect them from the event.
