General Terms
- Ronin Management™ provides AI Visibility and Authority services through three programs — Ronin™, Daimyo™, and Shogun™ — designed to improve how AI systems interpret, trust, and reference your brand.
- Each engagement includes the deliverables listed on our website or proposal at the time of purchase.
- Deliverables are completed on a per-cycle basis (typically 4–8 weeks) depending on the package and project scope.
- Services begin upon receipt of payment and completion of required onboarding documentation.
- Monthly or one-off payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- All intellectual property, frameworks, documents, and internal processes remain the property of Ronin Management™ until all payments have been cleared.
- Clients agree to provide necessary access — including website login, analytics, content files, DNS or CMS access — to allow completion of deliverables.
- You authorize Ronin Management™ to create, publish, or edit technical assets such as llms.txt files, schema markup, Knowledge Graph entries, metadata formatting, and other visibility assets as required for your program.
- Service renews month-to-month unless cancelled in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
No Guarantees, Performance Limitations & Rankings Disclaimer
- Ronin Management™ does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, AI citations, visibility increases, Knowledge Graph inclusion, or growth in enquiries, revenue, or conversions.
- Search engines and AI platforms (e.g., Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Meta) may update their systems at any time. These updates may affect website visibility, rankings, or AI-generated responses. You agree that Ronin Management™ is not responsible for such changes.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results. All outcomes vary depending on competitors, industry conditions, algorithm updates, client input, and market forces.
Limitation of Liability
- Ronin Management™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, opportunities, or data.
- Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ronin Management™ from claims arising from content, data, or technical access provided by the client.
- Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the most recent 30-day service period.
Client Responsibilities
- You agree to respond to communication, provide required information promptly, and review deliverables in a timely manner.
- Delays in client communication or access may extend timelines; this does not adjust billing cycles.
- You are responsible for maintaining your own hosting, website security, CMS stability, and backend environment.
