Renewal: Medication Administration Certification 2- Administration of Food and Prescribed Medication Through G/J Tube with Nursing Delegation

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
You must have a current/unexpired Med Cert 1 Certification to take this class. You cannot take this class any sooner than 6 months prior to your current Cert 2 expiration date; or no later than 60 days after your Cert 2 expiration. To attend this training, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma (or GED), and have background check results completed by a developmental disabilities agency (or by being a DODD-certified independent provider). Please complete the Medication Administration Certification Course Application and present to the RN Trainer at the time of class. You will receive the link for the course application in your email following completion of this application.
COST:
Cost is $40 per participant. Check must be mailed in advance or a payment made via Venmo, unless contractual arrangement has been made in advance. ***Certification will not be given until payment is received.
