This is the booking form for the VetEdge Congress Exeter 2026, being held at Sandy Park Conference Centre on 29th and 30th September. Please read the following carefully. This is the event formerly called VETcpd Congress.

Please note that all prices are plus VAT, which will be added at checkout.

Rates

We have three sets of rates – and it makes sense to book as early as possible:

Super early-bird (available until 31st January)

• Veterinary surgeons 2 days £295, 1 day £170

• Veterinary nurses 2 days £210, 1 day £130

Early-bird (available until 31st July)

• Veterinary surgeons 2 days £340, 1 day £195

• Veterinary nurses 2 days £245, 1 day £160

Standard rate (available until the event itself)

• Veterinary surgeons 2 days £380, 1 day £200

• Veterinary nurses 2 days £280, 1 day £190

NB. All rates exclude VAT @20%

Your fee includes a two-course buffet lunch each day (a hot first course) plus tea, coffee, cold drinks and biscuits available throughout.

The SPVS Leadership & Management Stream

Joining us for the third time, the Society of Practising Veterinary Surgeons is hosting two days of sessions for delegates in management and leadership positions. Rates for this programme are as follows:

Two-day tickets

• Early-bird (non-SPVS): £455.00 (until 31st July)

• Full price (non-SPVS): £495.00

• Super early-bird (SPVS member): £345.00

• Early-bird (SPVS member): £375.00

• Full price (SPVS member): £415.00

One-day tickets

• Super early-bird (non-SPVS): £280.00 (until 31st January)

• Early-bird (non-SPVS): £300.00 (until 31st July)

• Full price (non-SPVS): £330.00

• Super early-bird (SPVS member): £240.00

• Early-bird (SPVS member): £260.00

• Full price (SPVS member): £280.00

PLUS: bring an extra member from your practice for a 25% discount!

Once we have your booking, you will receive a receipt. If you wish to make a booking but need an invoice sent rather than paying now, you can check out with the code INVOICEME – we will then contact you to pay a deposit and an agreement to settle the balance later.

You do not need a pass or ticket on the day – just show up and pick up your badge and congress bag.
