You are encouraged to bring whatever supplies you may need for your exhibit including your own table{s}, signage, brochures, business cards, extension cords, tablecloths/skirting. If you have special needs, please let us know in the remarks section of the application.To guarantee your space for the Christmas in Kaisertown event, all vendors are required to submit an application and payment. No vendor/crafter is confirmed without the payment. We encourage vendors to submit applications and payment as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email that we received your application and payment. If mailing your application and payment is preferred, please use Kevin M Mason PO Box 702 Buffalo, NY 14215 as the preferred mailing address. In the event we receive your application and payment after all vendor spaces have been occupied, we will return your payment to you.By agreeing to participate in Christmas in Kaisertown, you acknowledge the committee, founders or anyone associated with this event is not liable for damages, loss, gross revenue sales, your set up & take down. You also agree to abide by all rules and regulations established for this event. Set up should be completed by 4:30 pm and take-down by 10:00 pm. No products or material can be left or stored overnight. Christmas in Kaisertown assumes no liability or warranty of any kind on your merchandise or product{s}. If you are providing a service, such as DJ or photography, Christmas in Kaisertown assumes no liability or responsibility for your equipment and or supplies of any kind. The same set-up and take-down rules apply to vendors and service providers. As you arrive at the event, we will advise you where to park, provide you with a map of events and a schedule. It is your sole responsibility to be set up and ready by 4:30 for a 5 pm start time. Christmas in Kaisertown cannot guarantee the number of attendees but we ask that you have ample products available to sell. If for any reason you cannot participate in this event, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid errors on printing & space restrictions. By participating in Christmas in Kaisertown 2024, you also agree to complete and return a brief questionnaire to help us improve the following year. By affixing your signature below, you agree to all the terms and conditions established in this contract without exception. You also acknowledge and agree that Christmas in Kaisertown, the founder{s}, committee members, sponsors, volunteers, the Autumnwood Center, the PeterMachnica Center, the employees of said building and any patron cannot be held liable for or responsible for any damages, sales, loss of product and we do not guarantee attendance or imply warranties of any kind for any of the services, vendors or products made available for this purpose.
