**Initially, you'll be able to sign up to host one private showcase night. If you are interested in hosting two nights, please indicate that on the form and we will reach out to you directly if we are able to accommodate that. **This year, the private showcases will be hosted in guest rooms at the conference hotel, the Holiday Inn Owensboro Riverfront. **SERFA will be subsidizing the cost of these rooms to keep it affordable for hosts. You will not be permitted to use the Private Showcase rooms as your personal guest rooms. You must make a separate room block reservation if you intend to stay in the conference hotel. **Because we are using hotel rooms this year, you are more than welcome to supply your rooms with food and beverages!! The hotel just asks that we keep outside food and beverages out of communal spaces (ie the lobby). **Please email conference@serfa.org with any additional questions!
