NEXT GEN Coeur d'Alene Program Pilot Application
Welcome to the CDA Regional Chamber’s NEXT GEN Coeur d’Alene program pilot! This six-month experience is designed to empower emerging leaders in their mid-20s to mid-30s through leadership development, essential professional skills, high-impact networking, and a meaningful mentorship program. Participants will meet on the third Wednesday of each month from January through June 2026 from 3:30PM - 6:00PM, with an evening program kickoff in early January and an end-of-program celebration at the end of June. Participants will also be paired with a mentor in the business community and are expected to meet separately with their mentor each month for 1 hour. Capacity in this program is limited to 40 participants. To participate in the inaugural cohort, please complete the brief application by Friday, December 12, 2025.
