Event Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and purchase of tickets ("Ticket(s)") for The Winter Wonderland Ball (the "Event") by the purchaser ("You" or "Purchaser") and The Field House, LLC. ("Organizer").1. Acceptance of Terms: By proceeding with the purchase of a Ticket, You expressly accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Should You disagree with any part of these Terms, You must not proceed with the purchase.2. Ticket Sales and Financial Agreement 2.1. All Sales Final (Non-Refundable). You understand and acknowledge that all Ticket purchases are final. Once a transaction is completed and the Ticket is issued, the Ticket is non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, illness, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance. 2.2. You agree to all charges incurred in connection with the purchase of the Ticket(s), including the base ticket price, applicable taxes, and any processing or booking fees.3. Event Operations Policy: 3.1. Rain or Shine Event: You understand that this Event is conducted within an indoor venue, and as such, it is classified as a "Rain or Shine" event. The presence of adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, snow, or excessive heat, will not constitute a reason for cancellation, delay, or refund of the Ticket purchase.
