DenVhere Fashion Show 2026 Media Form
If you are media and want to do coverage of our event, please fill out the form below. Media gets up to 1 ticket FREE for covering the event. You must bring proof (badge, card, etc.) of what media outlet you're representing the day of the event. The show will be held at The Vista Ridge Community Center 2750 Vista Parkway Erie, CO 80516. The show will start roughly around 8:30pm. Media can arrive at 7:00pm. The show will be on Friday, January 09, 2025. Once you send us this form, we will have seats with your company name on it saved for you the day of the event. If you have more than 2 people attending, tickets can be bought online or at the door (they will only be GA tickets at that point). If you are a photographer, you must be in a corner or seated NOT blocking the runway or in DenVhere Magazine's designated photographer's spot. No extra set up will be allowed. You are not permitted to bring anything other than your camera. We only have a limited spot for media this year! (example: lighting fixtures)

Permissions - Media is NOT permitted to enter any area where models get ready (I.e. backstage) UNLESS given permission by the fashion show director. This is for the safety and comfort of the models and crew. Please do not abuse this or you will be asked to leave the show. Thank you so much for working with us and keeping everyone comfortable.

Media Coverage - Media is not allowed to bring big light fixtures or anything that would block or hinder the placement of where media is placed the day of the event. This is due to small room space.
