This year meat prices have increased drastically, therefore we have added a smaller more cost effective option for prime rib roasts
Prime Rib Roast: Fresh boneless approx. 7-9lbs OR Fresh boneless approx. 5-6lbs
Pit Ham: Smoked product approx. 7-9lbs
Product will be available for pickup December 16th-17th from 8:00am until 3:00pm at SCHS new Agriscience Building. If special arrangements for pickup are needed (late pickup), please email tsmith@ecsdnv.net prior to picking up.
