Licensing
1. Artwork Ownership
The Client acknowledges that all artwork shown, shared, or previewed by the Artist is the sole property of the Artist.
All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain fully with the Artist.

2. No Use Without Permission
The Client agrees not to use, copy, reproduce, download, alter, share, sell, or distribute any of the Artist’s artwork in any form without the Artist’s written permission.

3. No Licensing or Commercial Use Yet
This document does not grant a license.
No commercial use, printing, manufacturing, publication, or monetization of the artwork is allowed until a separate Licensing Agreement is signed.

4. Confidentiality of Artwork
Any artwork previews, drafts, or concepts shared by the Artist are for evaluation purposes only and are not to be shared publicly or with third parties.

5. Future Licensing
If the Client wishes to license the artwork, terms will be outlined in a separate Artwork Licensing Agreement, which must be signed by both parties before any use begins.

6. Legal Protection
Any unauthorized use of the artwork will be considered a violation of copyright and may result in legal action and associated fees.
