AREMA 2026 Space Request Guidelines
- You must be an AREMA 2026 Annual Conference & Expo attendee to request space.
- Space requests at AREMA contracted hotels or the Kansas City Convention Center must be approved by AREMA.
- You will be responsible for all logistics and expenses related to your request You may consult with your venue on the menus, pricing, and staffing, as well as supervise the service during your event.
- Space will NOT be approved on the following days and hours as this conflicts with other AREMA scheduled events:
Sunday, September 13 - 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Monday – Wednesday September 14-16 - 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Tuesday, September 115 - 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Participation Waiver: As a condition of my participation in this meeting or event, I hereby waive any claim I may have against AREMA and its officers, directors, employees, or agents, or against the presenters or speakers, for reliance on any information presented and release AREMA from and against all liability for damage or injury that may arise from my participation or attendance at the program. I acknowledge that participation in AREMA events and activities could possibly bring risk and I do hereby assume responsibility for my own well-being. If another individual participates in my place per AREMA transfer policy, the new registrant agrees to this waiver by default of transfer.
