General Waste

The only allowable items to be placed in a general waste bin are household items, furniture, toys, clothing, cardboard, packaging, plastics, paper, light construction waste such as timber, plasterboard, and small amounts of metal and tiles, whitegoods like fridges (de-gassed), washing machines, microwaves, small electronic items, and moderate amounts of garden waste such as branches, leaves, and grass clippings. Tyres incur an additional disposal fee of $25 each and mattresses incur an additional disposal fee of $50 each.
Budget

A budget bin must contain only a single type of material. Acceptable materials for this type of bin include: concrete, bricks, soil, green waste, rocks, stones, grass, shrubs, small branches, leaves, palm fronds, wood chips, or small tree trunks. Each bin may contain only one of these material types; mixed loads are classified as general waste.
Asbestos

Asbestos bin hires are specifically designed for the safe disposal of asbestos and any materials contaminated by it. Bins must be lined by heavy-duty double PVC plastic linings (200 microns or greater) with sufficient overhang for airtight sealing using industrial-strength tape. All asbestos waste must be securely wrapped in bundles of 25kg or less to prevent damage during transport and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
